701West is Restaurateur & Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser’s imaginative fine dining restaurant with a deep wine focus, bringing playful luxury to Times Square. It is the first and only fine dining restaurant in Times Square, offering a culinary counterpoint to the premier cultural offerings of the Theater District. The culinary team, led by Chef Rob Lawson offers both a prix-fixe and tasting menu.
The dining room is led by a team of sommeliers pouring Old World wines dating to the 1930s from a 500-label list curated by Wine Director Amy Racine.
The Salon is 701West’s opulent cocktail bar, with an inventive cocktail program that spans signature takes on cocktail classics and showcases rare and hard-to-find ingredients with visionary reserve cocktails.
